Lodging details   There are several options for lodging at Camp Comeca (a Methodist Summer Camp). Cabin style lodging. The base price is $45 per person per day since we are a non-Methodist group.$118 maximum for a family (up to 5 people)Kids under 5 are free.Includes all meals and access to all facilities. Bedding and linens are available at a cost of $6 per bed. Check-in times are 3 pm and checkout times are 1 pm.We can arrange for your extended family to share a room or even a whole cabin if you have enough people.Here are the cabin descriptions:     Overlook Lodge. Overlook Lodge is hotel style lodging. Maximum of 5 people in one room. Kids under 5 are free but included in the 5 maximum.Rate includes all meals and access to all facilities.Check-in times are 3 pm and checkout times are 1 pm.   * Family is defined as - Parent/Guardian School Age Kids - 6 and older - Two couples. a family with kids under 5 would use the "Double" rate.   Limited RV spots.. There are 5 RV spots with hookups so register early. Includes access to a shower facility. The price is $45 per person per day and it Includes all meals and access to all facilities.   Unlimited tent spots. Includes access to a shower facility. The price is $45 per person per day and it Includes all meals and access to all facilities.   Off site facilities. If people stay at other locations then there is a 4 hour rate of $12 per adult and $6 per child and that includes one meal and all facilities.More info about hotels and camping near the camp will be coming later or you can always look it up on-line.   Other camp information: The camp holds approx. 300 people. We would not be the only group there that weekend.We would most likely get our own meal times.We would need to schedule times for facility use to avoid conflict with other groups and to be sure a staff person is available. (for example they would provide a life guard for the pool) The Carlton - Our most popular dorm is located next to the dining hall and features a central living/meeting area with four bedrooms, fourteen bunks, and three baths. Don't forget about Air Conditioning and a TV/VCR/DVD Entertainment area.   The Hilton - Located between the bath house and The Overlook Lodge, this cabin has 3 baths, twelve bunk (24 beds) and three single beds divided among 5 rooms.   The Beth Shalom, "House of Peace" Located just south of the bathhouse and has a great view of Midway Lake. The Beth's side to side arrangement, with twelve bunks , (24 beds), and one bath on each side, and large living/meeting space in the middle, make this our most popular space for youth retreat groups.   Our Cabins - Comeca's 10 "rustic" cabins are used mostly in the summer by youth groups. However, they are heated/air conditioned, and can be considered "three season" lodging. Two of the ten cabins, (3 and 4) have toilets and sinks. The remaining cabins utilize the bathhouse for showers etc. Each cabin sleeps sixteen people in eight bunk beds.
